Training of Trainers Application

It is important that participants in UFE's Training of Trainers Institute plan to attend the full Institute session in order to get the maximum benefit of the training.

A $25 deposit is required to apply for and reserve a seat in the Institute. If accepted, the deposit will be applied toward the final fee. A payment of at least 50% of the fee must be paid two (2) weeks prior to the institute. Payment in full is due one week before the start of the institute.

Limited scholarship funds are available. If you require financial assistance to attend, please complete a scholarship application after submitting this form.
