Racism and Globalization

Many progressive thinkers believe that race is used to exploit regional economies, and so they should raise attention to global racism as a persistent tool of colonization.

These policies widen the economic divide between the northern and southern hemispheres. This global economic system, driven by the ceaseless pursuit of cheap labor, fuels: labor force displacement, hyper competition for jobs, community fracturing, xenophobia, division amongst those most affected by economic inequality and racist discrimination.
