Suzanna oversees all fundraising for UFE. She has over 16 years experience in all aspects of fundraising, from individuals to foundations for the arts, the environment, and progressive education including the New England Aquarium, Boston Natural Areas Network, Somerville Arts Council, andCambridge Friends School. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Suzanna has a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) from the University of Pennsylvania in conjunction with the Fine Arts Academy of Pennsylvania. She is also recipient of a fellowship in visual arts at Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown.

Suzanna began her work in fundraising to organize an artist community from Fort Point Channel in Boston in the early 80s. She has a strong interest in community housing and was co-founder of an artists live-work cooperative, and more recently, a co-housing community in north Cambridge.

She loves long distance skiing and New England winters, and thinks you can never have too much snow. In the last four years Suzanna has been learning to play the accordion and currently plays in the Ladies Accordion Orchestra.
