Elizabeth Pellerito is the Director of the Labor Education Program at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is experienced in organizing university employees including faculty, staff, graduate students, researchers, postdocs, and librarians. She also serves on the boards of the Bread & Roses Heritage Festival, the Women's Institute for Leadership Development, and the United Association for Labor Education. Elizabeth is experienced in training union members and worker leaders on a wide variety of topics. She is particularly interested in how unions can use trauma-informed techniques to combat sexual assault, sexual harassment and intimate partner violence.
