Jen Douglas

Jen Douglas works as a grantwriter at UFE and an independent researcher and report writer for community-based clients in Boston and beyond. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from UMass Boston, and is particularly interested in housing, neighborhoods, and gentrification. Jen first participated in a UFE Growing Divide workshop in 1997, and has been involved with feminist, queer, anti-displacement, and other social justice work. She first worked on UFE’s fundraising team in 2009, and re-joined part-time in 2018. Originally from Maine, she lives in Jamaica Plain with her partner and two kids.
